Prices are net, excl. VAT; Perstat sells to businesses only. The pricing page carries the FAQ and the reasoning.
* This window limits the public history of resolved monitor incidents. Raw probe-check pruning uses the same window plus a 2-day technical buffer. Raw host-agent curves stop at 90 days and status-page uptime history at 365 days; other records have their own lifecycle. See the complete object-level mapping. The current 13-month Terms wording remains to be reconciled legally, so confirm binding retention terms through security.
Feature gates
Section titled “Feature gates”| Capability | Free | Pulse | Sentinel | Command | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| On-call rotation (schedule, escalation stages, coverage gap) | – | – | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Status-page email subscribers | – | – | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Gated (password-protected) status pages | – | – | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Custom domains per status page | 0 | 0 | 3 | 10 | unlimited |
| Incident command (manual incidents, post-mortems) | – | – | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| White-label status pages | – | – | – | ✓ | ✓ |
Three of these rows are easy to misread, so they are spelled out:
The paging channel and the on-call rotation are separate things. Personal SMS starts with Pulse. On-call SMS and phone calls start with Sentinel, alongside the duty schedule, escalation stages and coverage-gap detection. Successful personal and on-call SMS and voice deliveries all draw from the shared monthly and rolling 24-hour quotas in the main table.
Incident command gates the manual work, not the alarm. Automatic incidents are created for every plan. What Sentinel adds is opening an incident by hand and writing and publishing post-mortems.
White-label is effective from Command. Rendered status pages carry the customer’s own branding and omit the Perstat mark. Custom light- and dark-mode logos remain available independently of the visitor’s theme.
How limits behave
Section titled “How limits behave”Limits are enforced by the backend, not by the pricing page: exceeding a cap returns a clear error rather than silently degrading. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. Billing is self-service with invoices as PDF.
Buying more without changing plan
Section titled “Buying more without changing plan”Hitting a quota does not force a plan change. The four quotas that fill up first in practice are available as packs:
| Pack | Amount | Price, net per month |
|---|---|---|
| Monitors | 50 | 39 EUR |
| Agents | 10 | 19 EUR |
| Heartbeats | 25 | 9 EUR |
| Status pages | 1 | 9 EUR |
Packs are booked in the product under Plan & usage, and reduced there too. Three things matter:
- A pack attaches to a running subscription. Without one (trial, cancelled) there is no line item to attach it to.
- Packs raise numbers, they unlock nothing. A status-page pack buys one more page, not a restricted-access page and not white-label. Those stay with the plan.
- Booking costs nothing at that moment. The pro-rated amount appears on the next invoice; the new limit applies within seconds.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”Custom limits and contracts, from 690 EUR net per month, with the price on the page like every other number. No sales call required to learn any of this.
